Special teams gaffes doomed Temple in a loss to Army last season, but the Owls turned the tables on the Black Knights Friday night in West Point. Tommie Williams' fumble recovery on a punt return helped set up the Owls' first touchdown, and Jamal Schulters' 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown was the highlight of the second half as Temple beat Army 35-7, winning its season opener for the first time since 2002.
